Nope, mine also says 30-45 minutes, so I'm not sure where the OP's information is coming from (unless they changed it mid print run).
Nevertheless, time is a concern for me as well, as I'm interested in a healthy, robust competitive scene for this game. The allotted tournament round time for a 100pt match seems like it won't be enough (for most of the games we've played), and I think that venues will probably end up having to enforce a time limit on maneuver selection (any ship not assigned a maneuver goes its slowest forward and treated as if it were Red or something). I could see a lot of games not finishing on time, and more often than not that's going to be the fault of Imperial players running 8 TIEs and not Rebel players running 3 ships, since it will take them significantly longer each turn to plan out their maneuvers. Intentional stalling is, of course, a common issue that also has to be controlled in any competitive game like this.
